Ronald L. Molen, CFRE

Ronald L. Molen, CAE, CFRE, has nearly 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector.  His experience includes serving as executive director of local and national associations and an international fraternity.  He has been involved in fundraising efforts for a number of organizations including the Music Teachers National Association, Wesley Services, the Cincinnati Parks Foundation and The Ohio Masonic Home.  He has specifically been involved in campaigns for the Krohn Conservatory and the restoration of the Tyler Davidson Fountain in Cincinnati, as well as developing a number of capital campaigns for Cincinnati Parks.  Ron's areas of expertise include data management, board/staff relations, board training, annual and capital campaigns, developing case statements, events management and internet fundraising.  

He is a graduate of the University of Montana and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).  He is past president of the Cincinnati Society of Association Executives and the Cincinnati Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professional. He is currently a member of the Miami Valley Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  At Global, Ron has been active with Lifespring Christian Church, eXtension, Baptist Life Communities and St. Aloysius. Ron joined Global Advancement in 2008.
