Pam Rogers

Pam Rogers has accrued over 40 years of experience in the field of education in public and private settings, at levels from pre-school to graduate school, and in leadership roles from the classroom to the board room.  She served as the Associate Commissioner for Assessment and Accountability in the Kentucky Department of Education and as the superintendent of the Boyle County Kentucky Public Schools.  At the Department of Education, Pam provided leadership for the design and implementation of the statewide assessment and accountability systems.  She was a member of the eight-person leadership team charged with setting policy for all aspects of K-12 education.  As superintendent, she managed the district, leading strategic efforts and serving as a liaison to the board and community.  

Pam has held leadership roles in various professional and civic organizations, including the Heart of Kentucky United Way, Danville-Boyle County Industrial Foundation, and the Kentucky Leadership Academy.  Pam received a bachelor’s from Centre College, a master’s degree from Xavier University and a doctoral degree from the University of Kentucky.  Pam joined Global Advancement in 2008.
