C. Edward Wardle

C. Edward Wardle, CFRE, has been in professional fundraising for over 20 years and in non-profit management for an additional seven years. A Kentucky native, he is a graduate of the University of Louisville and lived for nine years in Latin America, including two years in Bolivia. Ed's professional fundraising experience includes eight years in health care, four years in higher education and 12 years in the social services. He has served as consultant to local and national organizations, and served as a Ford Foundation Consultant to the National Puerto Rican Coalition.

Ed is past president of the Bluegrass Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He is listed in Who's Who In America, has been a Certified Fund Raising Executive since 1989 and has published articles in Fund Raising Management. His specialty is in planned giving, about which he has lectured extensively. Ed joined Global Advancement in 1994.
